Roles and Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence for HD eAxleAnalyze market trend via customer information competitor activities price information etc.
• Customer account management incl. customer strategy analysis especially link to HD eAxle related business
• Customer managementEstablish and maintain relationship network with target customer in all related departmentsincl. Man mapping.
• Customer requirement analysis incl. HD eAxle technical quality logistics customer norms
• HD eAxle business development and project acquisition
• Coordinate commercial conditions.
• Preparation of quotations & customer contracts
• Customer HD eAxle project management till SOP
• Customer satisfaction maintenance
• Followup of HD eAxle delivery turnover and account receivables
• Coordination HD eAxle sales planning and forecast

Qualifications :

• Master or bachelor degree in automation electric motor electrical & electronic engineering major.
• HCV market understanding preferred.
• Electrification knowledge preferred.
• Sensitive in business chance at customers.
• Command of English language in verbal communication and writing.
• Willingness to work customeroriented.
• Good communication skills.
