The Team Leader will lead a team of engineers in the development of motor technologies. This role involves managing projects from conception through to production ensuring that all designs meet performance safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a team of engineers and researchers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple R&D projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards.
• Research and Development: provide technical solutions according to internal or external customer requirement. Lead the problem solving
• Design and Testing: Supervise the design prototyping and testing of motor systems ensuring they meet performance specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product management manufacturing and quality assurance to ensure successful product development.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to team members helping to solve complex engineering problems.
• Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of designs testing procedures and results maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications :

 Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
 Experience: 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering development field motor experience is a plus.
  Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of motor design principles materials and manufacturing processes; proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
  Leadership Skills: ability to lead and motivate a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
