Designs plans and oversees testing of new and existing RF passive components and cable assemblies.
Use Electrical RF and thermal test equipment in support of design validation.
Translate customer specifications into design manufacturing quality and testing requirements.
Utilize Thermal EM and FEA simulation software in support of new product development.
Prepare technical proposals and presentations as required to support customers sales representatives and lead design reviews
Interface with suppliers to evaluate component specification and new materials
Participate in the development of product and technology roadmaps in support of crossfunctional stakeholders.
Support cross functional design reviews including requirements definition manufacturability assessments and application of GD&T.
Coordinate with onsite manufacturing and quality engineers to facilitate initial build and prototyping of products developed by regional project teams
Propose enhancements to new and existing product designs to optimize manufacturability.
Ability to perform root cause analyses utilizing established problem solving tools and methodologies
Proactively identify project risks and mitigation plans to accelerate the development cycle and ensure delivery commitments are met.
Provide technical support to organizational stakeholders including Manufacturing Quality Marketing and Sales.
Participate in and contribute to team training development mentoring onboarding and audits
