About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead / Tech Lead (Full Stack Developer) to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise problemsolving skills and the ability to architect design and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern fullstack development cloudbased architectures and experience working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development Design develop and maintain highperformance scalable applications using Angular C# SQL and Azure services.
Solution Architecture & Design Own the high and lowlevel designs for new and existing projects ensuring best practices and scalability.
Technical ProblemSolving Analyze complex business and technical challenges producing solution option papers for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Cloud & Azure Expertise Utilize Azure services such as App Services Service Bus Functions App Config and Key Vault to build robust secure and scalable solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with other technical leads architects and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Technology Innovation Stay updated with the latest technologies evaluating and recommending improvements to existing systems.
Code Quality & Best Practices Enforce coding standards testing practices and security measures across development teams.
Technical Skills Required
Frontend: Angular HTML CSS TypeScript
Backend: C# Entity Framework SQL
Cloud & DevOps: Azure (App Services Service Bus Functions App Config Key Vault)
Architecture & Design: High and lowlevel solution design system integration strategies
ProblemSolving: Ability to analyze and produce technical/nontechnical solution papers
Collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree
Additional Information :
Experience in Wealth Management / Financial Services domain is a plus.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and cloudbased application development.
Previous experience in a leadership role mentoring developers and leading projects.
