Who We Are & What We Do
We are a team of designers responsible for the entire visual and user experience across our products and marketing materials. We dont separate strictly between UX designers and UI designers we do both depending on the project. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of UX principles but first and foremost we need someone who is strong in UI design and comfortable working with graphics.
Our work is diverse and fastpacedone day you might be designing a new web application the next day putting together a client presentation and the day after working on social media banners. We highly value flexibility and the ability to switch between tasks as our projects vary significantly.
What We Do in Practice
- Design interfaces (Figma Adobe XD) for web mobile apps and platforms.
- Improve user experience (conduct UX research test hypotheses optimize usability).
- Create graphic materials: banners illustrations and marketing visuals.
- Prepare presentations in Google Slides and PowerPointthis is an important part of our work as we frequently create client and internal pitch decks.
- Work with Illustrator and Photoshop for more complex visual elements.
- Collaborate closely with developers product managers and marketing teams.
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For
We need a versatile designer who is strong in UI design but also understands UX fundamentals. They should be comfortable not only in Figma but also with the Adobe Suite. The ideal candidate can easily switch between different types of tasksone day working on an interface the next creating marketing visuals and another day putting together a client presentation.
Its important that theyre familiar with Jira and Confluence as we use these tools for task management and documentation. Most importantly we need someone who understands that design isnt just about making things look prettyits about making them work effectively.
Bonus Points If They Have:
- Basic animation skills (Adobe Animate After Effects Premiere).
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS (to better understand developer handoff).
- Experience with Tilda or Webflow (for nocode website building).
- Branding & identity design experience (logos brand systems and visual identity work).
