Software Engineer Traineeship: If you are passionate about software engineering and want to join a global leader in digital payments the Software Engineer Traineeship Program at Visa is for you. This program combines intensive training handson mentorship and realworld projects to help you launch your career as a software engineer at Visa.
This is a 16 months long opportunity aimed at people with no prior experience but interested in IT training with an organization whilst also earning a salary.
Software Engineer Trainees will be put through an 18week bootcamp first where they will receive fulltime classroomstyle training that will prepare them to begin their careers as Software Engineer professionals at Visa.
Following this Trainees will complete one year of OnTheJob Training during which time they will receive hands on mentorship from leaders within on of the technology groups at Visa as well as related technical instruction and career development workshops to develop professional and durable skills. Specific assignments will depend on upon your skillsets interest and team needs.By applying to this position your application is automatically consideredacrossmultiple software development teams so you could potentially work across a range of Visa products including consumer payments commercial payments and corporate IT.
Qualifications :
- 18 years or older.
- Not currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelors Masters or PhD degree program in a software engineering field (other degree backgrounds are welcome to apply).
- Eligible to work in Poland.
- Must be available to work inperson inWarsaw Poland.
- Speak Polish fluently and have at least a B2 level in English.
- Have basic analytical skills / mindset.
Additional Information :
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
