We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Director of Sales to join our team in Visakhapatnam India. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing strategic plans and leading a highperforming sales team to achieve our organizations revenue goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
- Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts budgets and performance reports
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Oversee the development and implementation of sales training programs
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Utilize datadriven insights to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and highlevel client meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical sales practices
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales management experience preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of global markets business acumen and the local business landscape
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Outstanding communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
