Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Director of Sales to join our team in Visakhapatnam India. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving sales growth developing strategic plans and leading a highperforming sales team to achieve our organizations revenue goals.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
  • Analyze market trends competition and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts budgets and performance reports
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance providing coaching and feedback as needed
  • Utilize datadriven insights to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and highlevel client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical sales practices

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales management experience preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of global markets business acumen and the local business landscape
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
  • Outstanding communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
