As a valuable member of Real Sports you will be responsible for delivering winning Food & Beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Visions and Values. You will provide friendly service to our guests as their first point of contact their experience starts with you.

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner displaying welcoming body language and creating a positive first impression.
• Ensure all menus are clean and tidy before the start of each shift.
• Review reservations; update and maintain guest profiles.
• Present and maintain menus.
• Work with the Service Manager to prepare and organize seating plans.
• Seat guests according to the seating plan.
• Communicate any special requests to the team.
• Use intuition to predict guest needs and requests.
• Create a lasting impression personalize your farewells.
• Maximize the capacity of the dining room by assisting with table resetting and other duties as the need arises.
• Assist Bussers Servers Bartenders and Managers as needed.
• Adhere to MLSE Service Standards and Policies.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Complete side duties and other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications :

• Must be available to work 40 hours each week.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days afternoons evenings weekends and holidays.
• Must be Smart Serve Certified.
• 2 years of hosting position experience.
• Previous experience in highvolume restaurants.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure; handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
