Job Description
- Developing and implementing Retail Marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost sales
- Managing the development of existing and new Trade Marketing materials as well as key Retail Marketing communications
- Enhancing existing stores to elevate store atmospherics optimize digital signages and upgrading POP materials to elevate consumer journey
- Collaborating effectively with all retail partners to ensure bestinclass execution of campaigns and promotional activities boosting omnichannel activities to increase brand visibility
- Coordinating the briefing process for upcoming trade activations with partners / agencies
- Contributing to the design of pointofsale materials displays and signage to ensure brand consistency
- Supporting the planning and execution of existing and new sponsorships
- Planning and coordinating store and offsite events to create a meaningful and lasting impact
- Working closely with crossfunctional departments (Retail Wholesale etc.) and building strong relationships with all retail partners
- Reviewing the performance of key Retail Marketing activities and managing budget ensuring efficient allocation
- Monitoring marketplace dynamics competitors activities and consumer behaviors to elevate customer journey
- Engaging in various onthespot marketing projects as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field
- 23 years of experience in Trade / Retail Marketing Omnichannel Marketing or a related role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with analytical and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Analytical mind with the ability to solve problems to reach actionable conclusions
- Teamoriented attitude with ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment
- Skilled at building strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Understanding of the fashion industry and retail trends is considered a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
