Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with domain heads and team members to ensure alignment with the PE vision and goals.
- Foster a strong sense of community within the team by actively promoting a cohesive and inclusive work environment that reflects and embeds Entains values.
- Facilitate communication within the team and promote a cohesive and efficient working environment including rhythms & routines.
- Organize and facilitate teambuilding activities and social events to enhance camaraderie and morale.
- Actively listen to team members feedback and concerns to address any issues and improve the overall team experience.
Communication:
- Create a comprehensive communications plan & calendar including events to bring the pillar together ensuring alignment with broader group plans and initiatives.
- Devise coordinate design and write our regular comms updates (weekly/monthly newsletters) that foster a sense of belonging and shared purpose.
- Bring some fun to the agenda to keep the team engaged and motivated.
- Organize listening groups to gather feedback from team members and identify opportunities to improve team dynamics.
- Feed back to the Leadership Team (LT) on key engagement needs and areas for improvement with a particular focus on fostering a strong team culture.
- Identify and secure external speakers for team presentations and workshops that can inspire and motivate the team.
- Coordinate & create all pillar communications e.g. monthly newsletters weekly email updates and team news.
- Build a plan of engagement events and communications across our pillar.
Operational Support:
Strategic Support:
- Work closely with the Managing Director to help document and communicate the departments strategic direction.
- Identify and plan the Pillar calendar to ensure we act in a timely manner to meet internal deadlines e.g. Budget planning Strategy sessions.
Qualifications :
- Experience working with teams in a matrix setup focused on delivery in a fastpaced environment with a large amount of stakeholders
- Demonstrable evidence of influencing at senior levels of an organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to balance inspiring content with practical information and to be able to simplify complex amounts of information.
- Ability to get stakeholders/team buyin into activities and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders across all of our locations
- Understands the internal and external environments how this impacts and the ability to swiftly adapt plans as appropriate
- Ability to work on several different activity streams concurrently
- Ability to understand business processes has an eye for detail and a flair for communicating ideas and potential solutions to the team and stakeholders.
