Job Description
Job Title: Graduate Field Sales Representative South West England
Location: Homebased with extensive travel throughout the South West
Salary: 30000 plus commission andCar
Experience: No sales experience
About the Role:
We are seeking ambitious and driven graduates to join our dynamic sales team as Field Sales Representatives. In this exciting role you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the South West of England. You will be provided with comprehensive product training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage your own territory and customer relationships effectively
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking functions
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Recent graduate in any Degree or result
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Highly motivated and resultsoriented
- Full UK Driving License and access to your own reliable vehicle
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Previous sales experience (internships or parttime roles)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of the South West business market
