Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Northampton area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide excellent postsales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in salescustomer service.
- Basic technical knowledge .
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Targetdriven with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid UK driving license.
