Job Description
Elysia Wellness Retreat are currently looking for a Chef to join the team on a casual basis.
You will assist with kitchen operations service in the restaurant and support room service cooking. Reporting to the Executive Chef who oversees kitchen operations youll play a key role in delivering exceptional allergyfriendly meals. This is a casual role with flexible hours. Apply today!
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Hold relevant Certificate III in Cookery qualifications and possess prior experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in healthy food production which will be highly advantageous.
- Have a strong understanding of HACCP and OH&S standards.
- Exhibit flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
- Thrive in a fastpaced dynamic team environment while maintaining a high level of performance under pressure.
- Be selfmotivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
