Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a BackEnd Developer fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Development and maintenance of web applications as well as propose solutions design;
- Perform technical migrations and test solutions;
- Production of technical documentation;
- Data analysis and data modelling;
- Elaborate and improve database models maintain databases;
- Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities;
- Guarantee security and confidentiality of the features based on the confidentiality classification assigned through an IT security plan.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
- Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in Java Spring framework;
- Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in Java Spring boot framework;
- Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in Java design patterns;
- Minimum 5 years of specific expertise in relational databases;
- Ability to design build and consume APIs;
- Good knowledge of web services and data formats;
- Good knowledge of git and/or other version control tools;
- Good knowledge of MVC architecture and microservices architecture;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Excellent command of the English language.
