We are seeking an energetic and selfdriven individual who can perform Administrative and HR duties as well as providing personalized secretarial support to senior management team in a wellorganized and timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Source office supplies and maintain an organized filing system.
- Produce reports presentations and briefs as needed.
- Support HR functions and assist in other administrative duties as assigned including employee onboarding and offboarding HR records maintenance assisting with payroll and benefits administration coordinating performance reviews and managing leave requests.
- Act as the point of contact between the chairman and internal stakeholders.
- Screen and direct phone calls distribute correspondence and handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary schedule meetings appointments and events.
- Make travel arrangements including flights accommodation and ground transportation.
- Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an administration specialist and Personal Assistant to senior stakeholders
- FinTech or Financial Services industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with the latest office gadgets and applications.
- Diploma or above required
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
