Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customerfocused Germanspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Germanspeaking customers from the comfort of your home handling queries addressing concerns and contributing to an overall positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch customer support remotely via phone email and chat in German.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to products services and account information in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns with a calm solutionoriented approach.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Process orders returns exchanges and other customer requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales technical support etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics such as response time customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Language skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to handle complex queries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficient in using computers with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional work environment at home.
- Ability to work in shifts if necessary.
