CEDA is currently seeking a professional and friendly Administrator to be our first point of contact at our Edmonton office location. This parttime position will be responsible for all reception activities and for supporting the offices daytoday operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring everyone has a positive experience in our office!
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and pointing them in the right direction
- Taking ownership of our reception area you will be responsible for keeping the area organized and presentable while answering phone calls emails and managing mail deliveries
- Providing exceptional administrative support to the office including ordering office supplies coordinating facility needs maintaining visitor logs and monitoring building access
- Providing assistance as needed in preparing documents scheduling recordkeeping and other duties as assigned
Role Specifications:
- 2 years of related work experience is required
- Highlevel communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
