What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional support to Germanspeaking customers: Manage inquiries via email phone and live chat offering prompt and effective solutions.
- Resolving issues and offering expert advice: Help customers navigate challenges troubleshoot problems and guide them to the best solutions.
- Collaborating with teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth seamless experience for our customers.
- Gathering and sharing feedback: Provide valuable insights based on customer interactions helping us continuously improve our products and services.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Always go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and foster longterm relationships.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken) As youll be assisting Germanspeaking customers fluency is essential.
- Customerfocused mindset: A passion for helping others and a drive to deliver excellent service.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to express yourself clearly and professionally both in writing and over the phone.
- Problemsolving ability: Think on your feet resolve customer issues quickly and provide creative solutions.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required): Experience in customer support is a plus but were happy to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable with remote work: You thrive in a remote working environment and are selfmotivated to meet goals and deadlines independently.
- Techsavvy: Familiar with customer service platforms or open to learning new tools.
