Position: Senior Technical Specialist
Location: Raleigh NC (3700 Wake Forest Rd.)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to assist in implementing security features in Microsoft Intune and manage endpoint configurations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in device management and a solid understanding of security practices. This role will involve collaboration with Azure and Identity management teams and providing daytoday support for multiple agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and secure devices across multiple platforms ensuring secure access to corporate resources.
- Implement endpoint security policies conditional access and compliance configurations.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Bash to optimize deployments and enhance security compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide major incident support while mentoring junior team members.
- Maintain documentation and generate reports for usage compliance and risk management.
Required Technical Skills:
- Handson experience in Microsoft Intune and M365 (including Azure AD Exchange Teams SharePoint).
- Strong knowledge of device management security policies and application deployment.
- Expertise in security practices such as device encryption MFA and endpoint protection.
- Proficient in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory SCCM and M365 licensing.
