Reason for Hiring:
This is a new position created due to an increase in volume.
Position Type:
Hybrid 1 day per week in the office (Tuesday 8 AM 5 PM). Flexibility to come into the office on an additional day if required.
Travel Requirements:
No travel required.
Experience Required:
Nice to have minimum of 1 year in contract review and accounting experience working with contracts.
Analytical skills to review contract verbiage from an accounting perspective.
Experience acting as a liaison between Finance and Billing converting data from contracts and interpreting it into the ERP system.
Start Date:
Early January.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Contract Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for:
Working with internal and external key players to implement contract details such as terms & conditions pricing and other contractual obligations into various systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers.
Perform quality assurance checks monthly for previous processed contract request.
Responsible for driving the implementation of all contract/customer setup requests and meeting implementation deadlines.
