Senior Consultant/Manager Consulng BFS Consulng
Locaon: Mumbai Pune Chennai Bengaluru Hyderabad Kolkata Delhi

Cognizant’s BFS Consulng team has open opportunies for Senior Consultant designaons in its Capital Market
and Banking consulng pracce with good understanding of GenAI and digital transformaon journey. We are a
team of advisory consultants & product managers providing soluons on various financial services to create
significant business values for our customers. The team leverages their technology savviness funconal experse
to lead and execute digital transformaon iniaves.
Responsibilies
Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformaon Services Business Analysis and Funconal
Architecture and Soluon Architecture groups throughout the implementaon
Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions and contribute to overall
delivery plan.
Proven excellence at gathering requirements and translang it to funconal documents like BRD FSD and
user stories
Good understanding of GenAI concepts and design elements
Deliver assigned tasks complete and on me as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth
progress of the implementaon.
Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning acvies as the programme
evolves
Knowledge and Praccal experience of Project Management methodologies – ability to configure delivery
work stream frameworks to progress melines and delivery milestones
Demonstrate ability in planning consulng/funconal work & ownership of project outcomes
Comfortable working on JIRA and agile methodologies
Professional Qualificaons and Skills
MBA/Engineering graduates from any B School (preferably in Finance/ IT/ Systems/ Ops)
9 14 years of work experiences
Must Have
Excellent communicaon skills
Strong understanding and experience across BFS
Good experience and understanding in GenAI area
Have indepth understanding on LLMs
Good understanding of Digital transformaons program and UI implementaons
Strong experience in IT consulng and business analysis – business process definion business process
consulng requirements gathering Funconal designs and specificaons product soluon design
proficiency in wring complex BRD FSD user stories AsIs/To Be Analysis Product design and product
roadmap
A know how of digital themes/technologies in the context of digital transformaon consulng projects
Very good handson experience in stakeholder management
