Job Description
What youll be doing
Strategic Thought Partnering: Work closely with leadership and crossfunctional teams to align on key business goals helping guide strategic decisions with datadriven insights. Partner with General Manager in complex operational questions and collaborate crossfunctionally to uncover the most optimal datadriven business decisions and investments
Financial Reporting & Planning: Own the P&L of Japan market. Lead the financial reporting forecasting and planning efforts ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall company objectives.
Investment & Capital Allocation: Drive recommendations around investment opportunities and capital allocation to maximize returns improve efficiency and drive growth.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor business performance identifying trends and insights that can improve decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders ensuring they understand the financial implications of strategic decisions.
Qualifications :
Our humble expectations
6 years of experience in Strategic Finance Corporate Finance Investment Banking or Consulting at a highgrowth technology startup or wellestablished company
Advanced modeling skills; ability to translate complex and dynamic operational drivers into financial models.
A strong communicator able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for nonfinancial stakeholders.
Proactive and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring precision and accuracy.
Proven success in project management operational execution and performance management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
