Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Senior Product Design (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team at JOIN. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of designrelated duties drive strategic initiatives shape innovative solutions and help define the future of HR technology. Reporting to the Team Lead Design youll play a key role in defining the product vision optimizing user experiences and driving the overall success of our offerings.
Based in Barcelona youll be one of the first team members in our new office in the city helping to establish our presence and contributing to an exciting new chapter for JOIN. If you are eager to lead innovate and make an impact wed love to hear from you.
Tasks
- Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company
- Work crossfunctionally with engineers and product managers to establish a highquality product
- Come up with great features and improvements that make the lives of recruiters and candidates easier
- Use and evolve our internal design system (Figma)
- Create user flows prototypes and highfidelity visuals for your features
- Question the existing order of things and propose new ideas and push for new standards
Your future team
We are a team of 2 designers and youll work together with us and the product team on interesting User Interface & Experience challenges. Including our Recruiter App our Candidate App as well as our public facing website. Basically everything that our customers can see.

Requirements
- You bring 5 years of experience designing consumer facing apps for web/mobile
- You have excellent visual and UI skills
- You have experience bringing designs to production
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have the ability to think through complex challenges
- You have experience with design systems and Figma
- You are able to come up with quick explorations and high fidelity designs and you know what is needed when
