Your role

As Briinks AI Customer Solutions Engineer you will play a central role in advancing Briinks mission to accelerate the climate transition by enhancing our customers ESG workflows with AI.

You will lead efforts to ensure clients get real value from Briinks AI technology by helping them successfully build their ESG usecases on the Briink platform. This includes clientfacing skills such as understanding their needs in detail and translating those into workflows in the Briink platform as well as more technical tasks such as AI prompt optimization API integration support and collaborating closely with clients to ensure their success as they transition to AIenabled ESG workflows. Your role will include:

  • Building Clients ESG usecases into the Briink platform : Youll become a technical subject matter expert on the Briink ESG AI platform and use that knowledge to support clients to effectively use it for their ESG usecases working closely with them to understand their needs create tailored ESG templates optimize LLM prompts run onplatform evaluations during trials and provide actionable feedback and training sessions for how they can get the most value from Briinks AI/LLM technology.
  • Growing client relationships: Youll foster strong client relationships by thoroughly understanding their ESG usecases in detail as well as how this fits into their wider challenges and aspirations. Youll directly support them with their ESG issues and opportunities and help them determine how Briinks AI technology could help. Youll oversee the full customer lifecycle by aligning client needs with Briinks solutions maximizing their value from Briinks platform through the development of new usecases onboarding additional teams and exploring upsell opportunities.
  • Supporting clients technical integration: Youll assist clients with technical issues including those wishing to integrate with Briink by understanding their integration needs collaborating with the clients engineers and developers and directing them to relevant API documentation. Youll create tutorials and walkthroughs as needed to ensure successful integration and provide support in resolving technical challenges and effectively translate client requirements to Briinks Engineering team.
  • Defining Briinks upsell/growth strategy: Youll help build out our strategy for growth and upselling with our existing customers by identifying what behaviours indicate clients could be getting more value from Briinks AI tools and build a playbook for exploring new usecases and upsell opportunities with them with relevant clients.
  • Creating digital content and new usecases: Youll develop new ESG usecases directly on the Briink platform that are engaging and valuable to potential clients. This could include building new ESG usecase templates onto the platform creating online content including videos tutorials or advanced usecase examples to showcase the capabilities and potential of Briinks AI platform for ESG applications.

Profile

  • CustomerCentric Mindset: You are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients always thinking about their needs and finding ways to add value to them by applying Briinks AI tools to their ESG workflows. Preferably with prior experience in solution consulting sales engineering or technical sales for a B2B SaaS platform or similar.
  • Entrepreneurial and outgoing: You thrive in a dynamic fastpaced startup environment managing multiple projects and client accounts while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams to achieve success and be comfortable driving customer success forward as well as building direct relationships with clients.
  • TechSavvy and DetailOriented: You are comfortable working with technical topics such as AI/LLM prompt optimization and API integrations with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to technical problem solving. Preferably with prior technical solutions engineering or forward deployment engineer for an AI product or similar.
  • Excellent Communicator: You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and can build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Passion for AI and/or Sustainability: You have a passion for how AI can solve problems and an excitment to apply your experience to helping address climate change with an enthusiasm for helping customers navigate the evolving landscape of ESG regulations and investment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in solution consulting sales engineering technical sales customer success or similar preferably for a B2B SaaS platform or AI product.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and concepts such as LLM prompt optimization to support client success. Preferably with some prior technical solutions engineering technical sales or forward deployed engineers experience for an AI product or similar.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders. Fluency in German or another European language would be a major plus.
  • You care about sustainability. Any experience on understanding in ESG workflows including ESG due diligence compliance and/or regulatory requirements such as CSRD would be amazing.Even if your experience doesnt align precisely with all the criteria we encourage you to apply.
