Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Lead Game Designer:
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team and product manager to establish and communicate a cohesive vision for the games vertical including existing and upcoming titles.
- Lead crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment between UI/UX creative marketing and development (frontend & backend) efforts.
- Analyze player psychology behavior and emerging trends to design innovative ingame features and mechanics that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends analyze competitor products and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Pitch and prototype innovative game concepts mechanics and features creating detailed design documentation to guide design and development teams.
- Gather and analyze player feedback from workshops beta testing and reviews to refine and enhance game mechanics.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the game design team fostering creativity and sharing industry best practices.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for game success analyze postlaunch metrics and iterate on game designs to optimize player retention and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computing Software Engineering IT or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in game design or similar roles within the iGaming or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of game design principles theory and tools.
- Knowledge of RNG mechanics minigame features and game math including paytable balancing RTP and volatility is a plus.
- Familiarity with player behavior and preferences especially in Asian and Latin American markets is advantageous.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling balancing game mathematics and running simulations to validate mechanics.
- Experience analyzing game performance metrics and driving design improvements based on data insights.
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities and design features that boost player engagement with prior shipped titles being a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to align crossfunctional teams and stakeholders around a shared vision.

- Salary: Up to SGD 7500 AWS VB (2 3 Months)
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
