Head of Marketing Operations

  • Champion best practices: Drive marketing excellence across teams ensuring alignment clarity and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Lead with strategy: Partner with senior leadership to execute marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Enhance operational efficiency: Identify and implement systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Be a trusted collaborator: Work with crossfunctional teams to align efforts and deliver integrated commercial strategies.
  • Drive change: Lead critical projects and initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What Youll Do

  • Support senior leadership: Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer and SVP Global Marketing to execute goals track progress and maintain key dashboards and plans.
  • Foster communication: Act as the central hub for marketing alignment ensuring clear communication and coordination across teams.
  • Manage initiatives: Oversee strategic projects track milestones and deliver impactful results on time.
  • Enable decisionmaking: Prepare highquality presentations reports and executive summaries for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally: Build strong relationships with teams across Sales Business Solutions Product Finance and more to drive integrated strategies.
  • Streamline operations: Identify areas for improvement implement process efficiencies and enhance productivity within the marketing organization.
