About The Role
We are looking for a Manufacturing & IT project manager to join our team of process MIT & MI. In this role you will be responsible for defining the project triangle and to meet objectives monitoring progress resolving issues and coordinate with stakeholders across the discipline. The successful candidate will have a strong background within the pharmaceutical business excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving projects.

How you might spend your days as a Project Manager you'll be:
Implementing the client’s strategy in the projects with respect to design schedule quality and cost.
Collaborating with different stakeholders both internal and external to ensure efficient cooperation in the projects.
Fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement within the project team.
Leading the team to resolve challenges make prioritizations stay focused and always stay on track.
Developing the team members together with line management.
Reporting frequently on the project triangle.
Providing management and leadership for the project team.
Ensuring adherence to company policies procedures and quality standards across all project management activities.
Developing project management best practices and execute trainings in the organization.

B.E. in Engineering or equivalent with additional PMP certification or other PM certification is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate inspire and develop team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive results manage priorities and good communication skills.
Solid experience in project management.
Experience with one or many of MES PASX IT design IT/OT Software Engineering CSV Hypercare projects cloud tech AVEVA PI etc.
Fluent in English oral and writing.
Experience from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is an advantage.
