Job Description

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Outstanding with verbal and written communications skills : Able to interact with high profile clients.

DESIRED CRITERIA:
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Computer application skills (Office Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook SIS CRM)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively with students faculty staff and the general public
  • Excellent communication skills including writing presentation and public speaking
  • Ability to multitask flexibility and effectiveness as a team member
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate effectiveness and creative problem solving skills

The role consists of:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department directly as the goto person for all needs including daily administration calendar management business development project coordination & delivering presentations.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects and initiatives within the department and University ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication between internal departments external stakeholders and the broader community. This includes drafting communications preparing presentations and managing inquiries.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for events seminars workshops and conferences hosted by the department ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.
  • Financial Administration: Assist in financial administration tasks such as budget tracking expense reporting and invoice processing in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Coordinating with Marketing Department (editing/checking mainly)
  • Research and idea contribution.
  • General project management
  • Establishing positioning identifying target audiences and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Analyzing customer insights consumer trends market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
