Job Description
Legal Counsel Real Estate EMEA
Responsibilities
- Confident and impactful communication with people at all levels and backgrounds in the abovementioned languages (verbally and in writing)
- Precision in legal drafting and business communication
- Knowledge of contract law and practice from a civil law perspective
- Ability to assess legal risks in the context of the deal and the wider business and balance these with commercial needs
- Confidence to act as the conscience of the company and escalate where required
- Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Selfstarter and able to work independently and remotely flexible strong and selfassured personality
- Comfortable operating within an international environment with a diversity of cultures
- Analytical problem solving and project management skills
Certifications Required Qualified lawyer
SA level
Qualified lawyer: 46 yrs
Non Qualified lawyer 5 yrs
M level
Qualified lawyer:69 yrs
Non Qualified lawyer: upto 12yrs
Qualified lawyer is preferred. Else candidate from real estate companies like casagrand we can still considered if they have strong experience without legal qualification
