Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Inspira Realty. This is a fulltime seniorlevel position located in Borivali Malad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience in the real estate industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies leading a team and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales specifically within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong team leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written to convey ideas clearly.
  • Ability to source new clients and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting to predict future sales and plan accordingly.
  • Indepth knowledge of the real estate sector including current market trends and best practices.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance training and support as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Handling Sourcing and Closing both.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and networking activities to enhance the company's market presence.
