Stakeholder Requirement Responsible

We are looking for a Stakeholder Requirement Responsibleto join us and contribute to groundbreaking projects such as the fighter jets and its support and training systems. The products come with an extensive set of requirements from customers and the military aviation authority.. Keeping these requirements wellorganized and ensuring compliance is key to meeting customer expectations and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage requirements in the database
• Develop and update requirement specifications
• Handle verification information for product airworthiness and contract requirements
• Develop methods for reporting verification results both internally and to customers and stakeholders
• Provide support to the organization on requirementrelated issues

You will be part of a team who provides support and guidance on managing requirements from customers and authorities including verification reporting. Together with the product management team you will compile and issue requirement specifications to stakeholders manage change processes and prepare verification status reports. This also includes communication with customers and authorities.

As part of the team you are expected to take initiative and ownership within your area of responsibility while contributing to a positive and supportive work environment with a strong sense of team spirit.

Qualifications:

• Experience in requirement management verification reporting or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams
• Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken
• Swedish citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with aviation standards or safetycritical systems
• Knowledge of requirement management tools and databases
• Familiarity with change management processes and methodologies
