The Sales Recruitment Assistant is responsible for coordination to all Sales Recruitment Officers regarding compliance of Recruitment Reports based on given deadlines.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS;
- Ensure proper submission of reports by all sales Recruitment Officers nationwide and carefully check accuracy of data
- Consolidate sll monthend and quarterly reports for review of the Sales Recruitment Head
- Process and monitors all training budgets including requests releasing liquidation and documentation.
- Regularly monitor nationwide sales recruitment equipments inventory and submit the regular monthend inventory report
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all reports and materials for safekeeping and future reference.
SALES RECRUITMENT FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the Sales Recruitment Officer in logical requirements in several Recruitment Sourcing Activities.
OTHER FUNCTION:
- Participate in organizing annual/semiannual sales awarding & conventions spearheaded by GSN
- Ensure communication plan for sellers are properly executed via incentive announcements events etc via the sellers hub and recognition board
- Others task that may be assigned from time to time
