Reporting to the Managing Director this rare opportunity (due to retirement) has arisen for the leader of the Remedial business within a multidisciplinary mediumsized Engineering Practice based on Sydneys North Shore.

What youll need:
- Civil or Structural Engineering degree from a reputable Australian University (or similar)
- Considerable local consulting and leadership experience in one or more of the following Remedial/Strata Building Forensics Facades and Expert Witness
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Able to guide and deal with a multitude of different clientele
- Guide coach and mentor staff
- Sign off on staff work
- The leader for up to 12 staff including having the support of two senior reports
