Job Description

Commencing early April 2025 this is a 12 24 month contract management position. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will have a commitment to providing strong leadership and a customercentric handson approach. We welcome a couple with fresh eyes energy and enthusiasm a willingness to learn and drive a guest focused park to make a difference will be key to your success.  As Park Managers you are required to live on site.  Accommodation and utilities are provided for as part of your total remuneration package. 

This is an exciting and rewarding offering and is a lifestyle choice for the right couple.

Management teams must either possess or be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have their own ABN.  In addition management teams will need to demonstrate financial capacity to purchase plant and equipment (if you do not already have this).  Management teams can expect to earn base income plus the opportunity to earn through commercial ventures you may choose to operate onsite  The reception building has a large kiosk that managers can stock manage and make additional revenue from.  This park also has 14 permanents that own their homes onsite.

Training will be provided at our Coolangatta Support Office and onsite prior to commencement.

  • Engage and manage employees
  • Ensure top class guest experience as your priority
  • Manage all areas of park operations
  • A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a cando attitude.
  • Managing financials (budgets & planning) with a refined sense of commercial acumen
  • Leading by example ensuring efficient management practices are employed maintaining compliance with safety and statutory standards

What youll bring 

A successful management team will consider themselves confident allrounders and have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a very busy holiday park environment. This varied role will see you build and maintain successful relationships with employees guests and key stakeholders.  Experience in managing properties previously with permanents will be highly regarded.

  • Current valid Drivers Licence essential
  • Current First Aid and CPR essential
  • Current WWCC essential

We offer competitive contract terms and ongoing support from our Operations staff who will induct you to our company and methodologies. We also provide continued support and guidance for our managers in such areas as marketing finance IT caravan park legislation and safety.
