We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Lead Senior Java Developer to join our WebApi team in Bucharest!
What youll get to do:
- Lead and manage a team of developers ensuring highquality code and best practices.
- Think of and write technical specifications.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new modules.
- Enhance and optimize existing features to improve performance and scalability.
- Tune the applications to ensure they meet realtime constraints.
- Develop and maintain unit and functional tests.
- Run refactoring sessions to improve code maintainability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues including pair programming when needed.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Automate deployment processes to streamline software delivery.
What you need to know:
- 5 years of professional experience as a Java SE software developer.
- Strong experience and knowledge of objectoriented software design.
- Proven experience leading and managing a development team.
- Deep understanding of data structures and multithreaded environments.
- Proficiency with Junit/TestNG for testing.
- Experience with JDBC SQL/MySQL.
- Bonus points for experience with:
- Spring Boot
- Apache Kafka
- Performance tuning & optimization (profilers garbage collection tuning)
- Kubernetes Maven Jenkins Gitlab Ansible
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about software development unit testing and writing clean maintainable code.
- Committed to delivering highquality solutions with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
