P&ID Process Control Philosophy Sequence Interlock Diagram Group Start & Stop diagram Process Equipment Specifications & Data Sheet Pump Hydraulic Calculations (slurry water reagent flocculent etc.) Line Sizing Sizing of Different Process Equipment Vendor Documents Review plant operability and layout reviews - Knowledge in sizing and selection of key process equipment pressure vessels tanks reactors columns pumps (Slurry Water Reagent and Flocculant Pumps etc.) heat exchangers thickeners etc.
- Conversant with equipment associated with the industry like Crushers Conveyors feeders Silos Mills Jigs Scrubbers Reflux Classifier Cyclones Dense Media Cyclones Magnetic Separator (LIMS MIMS HGMS/WHIMS) flotation thickeners filters heat exchangers columns reactors fuel fired furnace electrical furnace calciners dryers flash smelting furnace converting furnace anode furnace anode casting machines electrorefining electrowinning waste gas heat recovery process sulphuric acid technology aluminium smelter potline GTC green anode technology anode baking aluminium cast house technology aluminium value added product technology copper value added product technology etc.
