Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Environmental Designs LLC is seeking an Estimator for our Design/Build department for both residential and commercial. We are seeking a candidate that is very detailed oriented. This position provides the ability to work remotely.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solicit and obtainprints of future projects
- Provide a completetake off of projects
- Estimating projects& looking up pricing
- Review proposal
- Determine if thereare any changes to submittal if job is accepted
- Maintenance manual
- Follow up withestimate
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be very detail oriented
- Able to read and understand blue prints
- Salesmanship andcustomer service
- Good math skillswriting skills communication skills
- Comprehension oflandscape drawings and the execution
- Computer skillsWindows xp pro Microsoft office Excel Bluebeam
- Clean appearance andhabits attention to detail
- Reliabledependable consistent friendly positive outlook
