The below client is with one of our client which is a leading global medical technology company. It offers a wide range of diagnostic imaging and laboratory diagnostics as well as advanced therapies and digital health services. Its solutions span from prevention and early detection to diagnosis treatment and followup care empowering healthcare providers worldwide.

Job Title: IT Professional 3

Location: Plainfield IN 46168

Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Contract

Work Type: Onsite

Shift Timings: 8AM 5PM

Job Description:

Provide daily onsite IT support at the Warehouse site.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for daily IT support of PCs (Laptop and Desktop) basic network troubleshooting and specific warehouse IT device support such as servers phones printers and handheld scanners etc.
Candidate will need to be physically able to walkaround the large warehouse on a daily basis for spot checks/rounds and device troubleshooting.
Ambient temperature and refrigerated environments are part of the support landscape.
Candidate will need superior customer service skills and able to interact with a wide range of users with varying IT skill levels.
We are looking for an entry level candidate with 05 years experience only.
