A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector with presence in several European countries and headquartered in Barcelona is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and engagement across France Benelux and the UK. This role involves leveraging market insights and crafting innovative marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence.
What do we look for in the ideal candidate
- Implement and adapt the global marketing plan for our three brandsValmont lElixir des Glaciers and Storie Veneziane By Valmontto the local markets.
- Plan execute and monitor marketing activities tailored for perfumeries beauty institutes and hotels.
- Ensure B2B clients receive uptodate digital content to promote our brands in line with our corporate identity (CI).
- Create and coordinate marketing materials (print & digital) including mailers and newsletters through concept development or translation.
- Develop annual promotional plans for clients based on the global marketing calendar and specific client needs.
- Produce appealing sales materials for Sales Representatives for product launches including Sales Sheets and Sellin presentations.
- Organize implement and coordinate masterclasses and animations in our stores perfumeries and institutes.
- Act as a key resource for the sales force analyzing market data and proposing effective and proactive actions.
- Identify and establish relevant partnerships across France Benelux and the UK.
- Allocate and track the annual budget according to key launch periods and market opportunities.
- Brief and manage agencies and service providers (freelance designers printers etc.).
- Translate marketing materials (product brochures leaflets digital content) from French or English into the local language as needed.
Additional Information
- Occasional travel within France Benelux and the UK may be required.
- Preferred location: Based in one of the assigned countries (France Benelux or the UK).
Your profile and soft skills should be:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a related role ideally within a multinational company.
- Strong background in market research and digital marketing.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven approach.
- Key competencies: adaptability innovative thinking resilience excellent communication skills and collaborative team spirit.
