Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Rep II
Job Location: Houston Texas (onsite)
Expected Contract Length/Duration: 12 months
Overview:
Are you passionate about helping customers and resolving their issues Join our team as a Customer Service Rep II and be a part of a dynamic environment where your decisionmaking skills and customer service expertise will shine. This role involves handling both routine and nonroutine customer inquiries complaints and requests with a deep understanding of corporate policies and procedures. Youll also provide guidance to less experienced team members and collaborate with call centers to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints about billing policies etc.
- Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
- Handle inbound Assist telephone calls and inquiries from call centers.
- Record and process commitments on customers accounts.
- Work with call centers and customers to resolve agency/customer issues.
- Report fraudulent conditions to management.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in Texas deregulation is a plus
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
- Ability to manage revenue risk effectively
