Job Description
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Arlington heights IL(3 days Onsite)
Experience: 8 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile development methodologies software development lifecycles and requirements gathering. You will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical execution ensuring smooth collaboration between business stakeholders development teams and product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions document user stories and ensure clarity in technical and functional requirements.
- Convert technical & architecture user stories into welldefined engineering tasks.
- Plan and maintain user stories and technical tasks ahead of 23 sprints.
- Identify user personas and define functional requirements accordingly.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to manage scope creep assess feasibility and provide level of effort analysis.
- Ensure ticket backlog grooming and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.
- Coordinate across multiple enterprisescale projects and crossfunctional teams.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile SDLC Testing).
- Experience in defining epics stories and tasks for clientfacing products.
- Proven ability to work in large matrix organizations with multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Agile certification (preferred).
- AWS certification (a plus).
