Onsite Charlotte NC
- Experience with Conversational AI projects and KoreAI. Intent of the role is identification and development along with Business View is an added advantage
- Telecom or CRM ideally IVR related experience & services or other related industry experience
- Experience with system integrations bonus experience with implementation with IVR and Conversational AI (any platform)
- LC/NC Framework (knowledge)
- Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements especially IVR systems.
- Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs functional specs and process flows.
