Job Description
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct interviews workshops and document analysis to gather and validate requirements.
- Develop user stories use cases process flows and workflows.
- Work closely with developers system architects and IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and compatibility with existing systems.
- Act as a point of contact for clarifying technical requirements and ensuring alignment between business and IT teams.
- Create technical documentation including data mapping system architecture diagrams and integration specifications.
- Assist in designing technical solutions that meet business needs while considering scalability security and performance.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and enhancements.
- Participate in the selection of vendors platforms and tools.
- Develop test cases scenarios and acceptance criteria to validate solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or gaps in the delivered solution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing support during implementation phases ensuring seamless integration and addressing any technical challenges.
- Track project progress risks and issues and escalate as needed.
- Facilitate change management and training sessions for endusers.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates risks and deliverables effectively.
- Bridge the gap between nontechnical stakeholders and IT teams by translating technical jargon into businessfriendly language.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments.
- Proven experience in Agile Scrum or SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Azure Jira Confluence Microsoft Dynamics 365 TFS or similar.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Proficient in technical documentation and data modelling.
- Experience in system integrations APIs and databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
