Job Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance managing regional sales teams and ensuring business growth. This role requires strong leadership strategic planning and market analysis to optimize sales execution and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Identify market opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- NQF Level 6 or 7 qualification in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in sales leadership preferably in FMCG retail or related industries.
- Strong leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in market research and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in managing multiple sales teams across different territories.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing merchandising and routetomarket strategies.
