Job Description
This is a remote position.

- English Native or fully fluent.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- English Level: C1C2.
- Design develop and maintain AIdriven leasing tools to automate apartment complex management.
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to define and implement new features. Ensure highquality software through code reviews testing debugging and optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to enhance product capabilities.
- Experience in the property management or real estate sector.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Prior experience in startups or fastpaced development environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on AI applications.
- Proficiency in Python Java or C#.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
