Job Description
- Own the product roadmap manage stakeholders and drive architecture and infrastructure development.
- Lead fullstack GenAI software development mentor teams and integrate AIpowered enterprise applications.
- Lead PoCs on GenAI initiatives.
Qualifications :
Must have Skills: Python (Expert) React (Capable) RAG AWS.
- Must have experience in GenAI.
- Must have experience on deploying GenAI applications on Cloud.
- Must have experience on scaling of GenAI solutions.
- Must have experience in cost optimization on model selection usage deployment.
- Must have experience on ensuring privacy of data.
- Experience on mentoring the team on architecture and LLM frameworks (LangChain LlamaIndex).
- Experience in model finetuning and training.
- Must have experience in handling any Big Data tools (Spark etc.).
- Handson experience with AWS landscape.
- Strong proficiency in Python & statistical skills.
- Requires expertise in cloudnative architectures LLMs LangChain vector databases and AI API integrations (OpenAI Anthropic etc.).
- Experience in backend development distributed systems and integrations.
- Especially in designing resilient architectures and working with multitenant systems.
