Overview / Summary:
Ensure the quality of products supplied to our client ensuring compliance with required standards working directly at the clients factory to monitor and improve quality processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that engineering quality standards are understood and correctly applied at the clients factory;
- Identify and report quality deviations proposing and managing corrective actions when necessary;
- Support root cause analysis of nonconformities and implementation of continuous improvements;
- Monitor and validate the quality of supplied heated floors ensuring compliance with our clients technical and regulatory specifications;
- Participate in quality and design review meetings to ensure product suitability for the project;
- Collaborate with local and central engineering teams as well as suppliers and subcontractors to optimize production and quality processes;
- Implement immediate containment actions at the clients factory (stock inspections and/or small repairs
- Support the implementation and followup of problemsolving processes (8D Ishikawa etc.);
- Update quality indicators and suggest action plans for continuous improvement;
- Conduct internal audits and support client audits when necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electromechanical Mechanical Materials Electrical or related fields);
- Previous experience in quality roles within the automotive railway or manufacturing industries;
- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA 8D DFQ SPC etc.);
- Analytical skills and problemsolving focus;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English (corporate language);
- Knowledge of Polish is a plus;
- Availability to work onsite at the our client factory in Katowice.
