Bar Manager Amsterdam
We are searching for an experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar team at one of Amsterdams most exciting restaurants. Known for its vibrant atmosphere expertly crafted cocktails and a curated selection of fine wines this is a place where hospitality creativity and quality come together seamlessly.
As Bar Manager youll be at the heart of the guest experience shaping the bar programme and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional drinks and service. Youll have the freedom to innovate bringing fresh ideas to the menu while ensuring the highest standards of execution.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong background in cocktails and wine with a deep understanding of flavour technique and presentation
- Proven leadership experience in a highenergy bar or restaurant environment
- Passion for guest experience and team development
- Ability to drive standards while fostering a positive engaging atmosphere
- Dutchspeaking is preferred with excellent communication skills
- You must already be located and living in Amsterdam
