Job Description
This is a remote position.

Red River Toyota is a leading automotive dealership in Wynne Arkansas recognized for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a collaborative teamoriented workplace.
We re looking for a Remote Appointment Scheduler to coordinate and manage customer appointments for vehicle sales test drives and service visits. This position is only open to candidates residing in the United States and allows you to work from home while assisting customers with their scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments for sales test drives and service.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Maintain and update appointment records in the system.
Send reminders and followups to reduce cancellations.
Coordinate with dealership staff to optimize scheduling efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Adhere to company policies and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service scheduling or administrative support preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of appointments.
Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Proven work experience in as a computer software engineer or software developer Hands on experience in designing interactive applications Ability to develop software in C, C++, C#, Java or other selected languages Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) Experience with test-driven development Mastery in software engineering tools Ability to document requirements and specifications Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
