Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Specialist: Manage room bookings respond to inquiries and oversee availability effortlessly.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with questions handle reservation modifications and manage cancellations professionally through phone email and other communication channels.
- CheckIn/Out Coordination: Ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures handle special requests and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Payment Processing: Accurately collect payment details finalize reservations and provide receipts or invoices.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Experience in customer service or travel planning (preferred)
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
